The Green Man at the GLOW Festival
Under the Railway Arch, Hollins Mill Lane, Sowerby Bridge
December 2021
A devised piece of theatre for the Sowerby Bridge GLOW festival celebrating winter. The piece uses the poem "When icicles hang by the wall" from Shakespeare's Love's Labour's Lost and includes the chosing of The Green Man, a Pagan symbol who heralds Spring after a long winter. If you walk within a forest of ancient woodland and get the feeling you're not alone, the chances are he is with you.
