Seize The Day!

Seize the Day is a major initiative developed by the Drama, Theatre and Education Alliance (DTEA) to help advocate for the importance of drama and theatre in the lives of young people. As a member of the National Association of Youth Theatres, CTS was asked to be a part of this and to invite our MP to join us and experience young people creating and performing theatre in our local area.

We were delighted that Holly Lynch, the MP for Halifax, joined us on 22nd April and spent 45 minutes talking to staff and students and watching the workshops. She also posed for a photograph with the older students.
